Daphne is a graduate of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she completed her Bachelor's degree in Public Health, and later earned her Master's degree in Psychology from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. Her academic background bridges the domains of population health and individual psychological processes, offering a well-rounded perspective on health, behaviour, and well-being. Although her professional experience spans several industries beyond the immediate scope of her academic disciplines, she remains deeply committed to evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary dialogue. She is particularly interested in the ways research can be translated into practice, and how cross-sector collaboration can foster community health.
